• President: Jessica Roddy
  Jessica is skater Shirogane’s mom. Jessica has over twenty years’ corporate experience in project and lifecycle management; change and risk management; tech writing; and brand standardization. She was on the SAGE Academy school board, served as a consultant for the Hennepin County Children’s Mental Health Collaborative in 2022, and is active in animal rescue communities.
  
  
• Vice-President: Dawn Mikkelson
  Dawn is the proud mother of Chaos on Wheels. When not shuttling her kid to and from derby, she’s a documentary filmmaker whose most recent film, MINNESOTA MEAN, profiles the Minnesota Roller Derby over one season of All Star play. Mikkelson is also on the board of the DPA (Documentary Producers Alliance) and has served on a number of boards in the past, as well as working for nonprofit organizations as a staff member and contractor. • Secretary/Co-Treasurer: Juliana Tillema
  Juliana is the parent of Royal Mayhem, who has turned their mom from “I don’t sports,” to “pump up the jams!” Juliana spends her work days making primary care higher quality, more affordable, accessible, and equitable. She also serves on the Board of the MN School Based Health Alliance where she is the Policy Chair. Besides watching derby and hanging out with family, Juliana reads, gardens, cooks, and exercises for fun.
  
  
• Board Member at Large/Co-Treasurer: Carmen Paredes Dockry
  Carmen is mom to skater Ultraviolence. By day she works at a non-profit collecting gently used medical supplies and equipment to give them a second home and prevent them from ending up in landfills. Her passions include plants, orchids, and cats. She lives vicariously through her amazing skater’s accomplishments on the track.
